John is a career sales and business development leader in the technology industry. Throughout
his career he has focused on revenue building opportunities for large and small companies. He
has managed sales organizations of more than 100 individuals, early-stage start-up companies,
and many organizations sized in between.
John has extensive experience selling hardware, as well as data management, integration, and
middleware products. He has sold managed services and hosted, web-based applications, and
has been exceptionally successful at developing sales teams and driving the translation of
technical functionality to business needs and solutions.
John specializes in building or re-building a sales team to create a strong and sustainable
revenue stream. In his capacity as a consultant, and as a full-time employee, John successfully
managed sales teams at Compaq, Persistent Systems, WhiteHat Security, Continuux, KnowNow,
and other start-ups in and around Silicon Valley. He has also performed marketing and
business development roles, and built channel organizations.
John served as Vice President, Global Alliances at Software AG in Darmstadt, Germany, and
Regional Manager for Compaq Computer Corporation in San Francisco, where he managed
revenues from $100M to $1B over 7 years. Earlier in his career, he helped lead the Global
Alliances organization at Informix Software. |
Ms. Brown is a visionary, entrepreneur and international business consultant. Born, raised and educated in Germany, she
is proud to be an American citizen since 1994. Ms. Brown has extensive hands-on consulting experience for
international hospitality businesses, restaurants, nursing home facilities, troubleshooting high employee turnover, and product finding. It is her direct “hands on” management style that has achieved outstanding results for her clients.
Ms. Brown’s experience comes from owning and operating a large hotel in Germany two large tourist-oriented
Restaurants and her own international consulting company in the United States. She has the ability to easily
join and understand a management’s vision and work with them to find solutions quickly. Her innovative thinking
has produced winning marketing strategies that were easy to implement and produced quick successes. Ms.
